Is delivery free?
Delivery is almost always free. This applies to:
All purchases over €50 within the Netherlands and Belgium
For purchases under €50, we charge €6.95, and for deliveries within Europe, we charge €15 per delivery.
What is the delivery area?
Our bouquets are delivered throughout the Netherlands, and they are shipped via regular mail.
For businesses, we deliver both rental and sale bouquets across the whole of the Netherlands.
How will my bouquet be delivered?
We always ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition. Within our core delivery area, we offer our own Bloom & Wolf white glove delivery service. To reduce our climate footprint, we do not box our flowers.
On the day of delivery, one of our drivers will arrive at your home. You can choose to have him/her place the bouquet in your home or leave it at the door - whichever you prefer. Our delivery staff wears gloves to avoid any staining on the vases while handling them. Is the delivery a swap of your current bouquet? Our driver will place the new bouquet on the spot of your current bouquet and take the latter with him so that someone else can enjoy the flowers!
Outside of our core delivery area, we deliver by regular parcel service.
What if I don’t like my bouquet?
We promise that receiving our bouquets is a delight. So if something isn’t 100% perfect, our team will go above and beyond to help you. Please contact us at hello@bloomandwolf.com and we’ll make sure to swap it for a bouquet of your choice. Rather have your money back? This is possible within 14 days.
Orders & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept IDEAL and Creditcard. If you’d prefer a different payment method, please contact us at hello@bloomandwolf.com and we’ll try to get it added.
When will my first payment be deducted from my account?
The first payment period for a rental is paid in advance upon checkout in our shop. Your rental period starts on the date the bouquet is delivered. From then onwards, the amount will be deducted from your account automatically.
Can I order a bouquet without a vase?
Absolutely. We recommend ordering a bouquet including its matching vase, because our master florist carefully designs each object with a particular vase in mind. That said, of course, you can order the bouquet without vase if you'd like to match it with your own vase.
Does the bouquet look exactly as it does in the photo?
There may be small variations in our bouquets, but the photos give a good indication of the bouquet you will receive at home.
Can I get a custom sculpture made?
Yes! We offer custom sculptures as well. Contact us at hello@bloomandwolf.com if you're interested - we will then schedule a time to learn all about your wishes and come back with a proposal for your very own masterpiece. We also create sculptures in company colors, for example.

Can I see your flowers in real life?
Yes, you can!

Where are the flowers sourced from?
We are perfectionists, so we only select the best flowers available on the market. Our suppliers are all over Europe, where we handpick the best flowers each season.
Do they look like real flowers?
We are perfectionists, so we only select the best flowers available on the market. Many of our flowers even have a real-touch layer, which means they even feel real.
What about the smell? I love the smell of flowers so much.
Bloom & Wolf flowers smell wonderful, which makes for a product of the very highest quality. With your order, you will receive a small diffuser with our scent, which you can spray onto the flowers every ±2 weeks for an optimal experience.
Business Subscription
How do business subscriptions work?
1. Choose your bouquet size
Select the size that fits your space: Petit, Classic, or Masterpiece.
2. Pick your bouquet
Browse our collection and choose your favorite arrangement within your selected category.
3. Set your swap frequency
Decide how often you’d like a new look: every 1, 2, or 3 months.
4. We handle delivery
Your bouquet is delivered directly to your location by post or via our chauffeur service ensuring a seamless experience.
5. Ongoing service & swaps
We stay in touch throughout your subscription. Before each swap, our team will contact you to select your next bouquet or, if you prefer, we can surprise you with a bouquet we’ve chosen for you.
How often do your collections change?
Our collections are updated 4 times a year, based on the season. We also offer a base collection that is always available, no matter the season.
Can I change or cancel my business subscription?
Yes. You can:
• Adjust your swap frequency
• Switch sizes (Petit, Classic, Masterpiece)
• Add or reduce bouquets
Your subscription is linked to your selected swap cycle, and can be cancelled at the end of each cycle.
Can I order multiple bouquets for different spaces?
Yes. You can add multiple bouquets to your subscription and adjust the number at any time.

Gifts & Giftcards
How does the digital giftcard work?
When you order a digital giftcard, you’ll receive an email with a unique giftcard code. The recipient can then choose any product on our website, and fill in the code in the checkout.
How does the physical giftbox work?
When you order a giftbox, the recipient will receive our beautiful Bloom & Wolf giftbox which includes a stunning real-touch flower, our signature scent, and a personalized handwritten note.
The box contains a unique giftcard code. The recipient can choose any product on our website, and fill in the code in the checkout.
Can I add a gift message to the giftbox?
You can! When you check out, you can leave your message for the recipient in the “Notes” field. If you purchased a physical giftbox, we willl add your message to the handwritten note inside the giftbox.
If you purchased a digital giftcard, it’s not possible to add a message at this time - we’re working on it!
When will the giftcard be delivered?
Giftbox. If you choose the giftbox, we will send the box the next working day via parcel post.
Digital giftcard. If you choose a digital giftcard, we will send the giftcard within 1 working day to the e-mail address you provided.
